This happened on Memorial Day weekend, which I find really disheartening, but mostly I'm just sad that it happened at all.

And the fact that it happened near where I live, at a Target I occasionally go to is, frankly, pretty frightening. Some of the stories that have been pouring out in this past week range from incredible- one woman carried an 88 year old family member out before tearing down a fence to get everyone to safety, to depressing- the column about how many women are killed/injured at work by ex-boyfriends/husbands.
Edit: Also, I found my 10 pence, which I thought I had lost in the move from dorm to home, even though I was sure I had put it somewhere so it would make the trip. Turns out that somewhere was my glasses case, although it had slipped under the little cleaning cloth, which is why I hadn't been able to find it. Incidentally, it's still there, because I haven't really figured out what to do with it. XD
