Yes. I have a tendency to pull all-nighters when I don't need to, and then sleep whenever I can during the day. I also have an odd tendency to, on occasions when I do manage to get to sleep at a reasonable hour, wake up at random hours of the morning.
I write. Or read fanfics until I find I'm sleepy, crawl into bed, and fall asleep. One bad night that was about an hour before I had to wake up. My body compensated by making me extra-bouncy that day, although I did doze off during math. Other nights, I get 3-4 hours of sleep, or sometimes none. None especially when I was depressed.
I've managed fairly well. I yawn a lot, and occasionally doze off in classes, or take short naps during the day. I think some of it is how I react to my meds, but some of it is just habitual at this point.
